We had a fantastic time! The awards ceremony was a huge successand enjoyed by all of those attending. It was such a priviledge tocelebrate and recognise the achievements of those who work asdirect sellers in our industry. 
 
The winners for each award were as follows:

Meet the Judges 
Saira Khan 
Saira was the runner-up on the first UK series of reality television show TheApprentice in 2005. Since then she has co-presented The Martin Lewis MoneyShow and in 2015, she presented a new ITV daytime show called Guess thisHouse. Saira has become a regular face on TV. Her appearances include: LooseWomen, Ready Steady Cook and Countdown. She is also an ambassador forCaptain Tortue and really ‘gets’ direct selling. 
Kalpana Fitzpatrick 
Kalpana Fitzpatrick is a financial journalist and founder ofMummyMoneyMatters.com – which provides financial information, news and tipsto families. She is also a money expert and regularly appears on TV and radio and isoften quoted in the media. As well as managing MummyMoneyMatters.com,Kalpana is a columnist for Daily Mail’s Femail, writing about money for a widerconsumer audience. She also worked for Channel 4’s Superscrimpers show andregularly writes for numerous publications. When she’s not on TV, radio or puttingpen to paper, Kalpana is mum to two blue-eyed monsters - boys aged two and six. 
Tricia Phillips 
Tricia is the Daily Mirror's award-winning Small Business Editor, who has beencrowned Media Champion, Consumer Journalist of the Year and HouseholdMoney Journalist of the Year. She writes a weekly advice column helping readersto achieve their dreams of setting up a business along with running the paper'sHINGE campaign - Helping to inspire the next generation of entrepreneurs. 
Lynda Mills 
Lynda has worked within the Direct Selling industry for the majority of her career.With over 20 years at Avon Cosmetics working across a number of disciplinesincluding, HR, Sales Support (UK and Europe) and PR, after which she providedconsultancy support to a number of other direct selling companies. 
Lynda joined the UK Direct Selling Association (UK DSA) in 2010 and is now holdsthe position of Director General 
Charlotte Ashby 
Charlotte started her PR career in 1989 rising to become a Director of one of thebiggest PR agencies in the UK, running accounts for adidas, Pepsi, Walkers and theTussaud Group. She ran her own London-based PR agency for 11 years,responsible for the PR for Amazon, Indesit, Premier Foods, SPAR, BluewaterShopping Centre, Bosch and Coca-Cola. Charlotte currently heads up the RoltonKilbride, Udemy, Diamond Light Source and DSA campaigns combining hercorporate, B2B and consumer expertise as Director of PR company, CubanEight.
